This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

Under the DPDP Act, we act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below; you, as the person using this site, are the Data Principal.
2. What we collect, and why
We only collect what a specific form on this site asks for. We do not buy, sell, or receive personal data lists from third parties.
2.1 Contact / enquiry form (Contact Us)

2.2 Empanelment application (Empanel With Us)

Retention: 36 months from the date of submission, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is earlier. This is a professional-registration data category under Indian data-protection guidance, and is handled with the same or greater care as the contact form data above.
2.3 Calculators (Valuation Calculator, Stamp Duty Calculator)
These tools run in your browser. Figures you enter are used only to compute the result shown to you on screen; we do not collect or store calculator inputs on our servers unless you separately choose to submit them through the contact form.
2.4 Automatically collected data
Like most websites, our server logs standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and diagnostic purposes. This is retained only as long as needed for those purposes and is not used to build a marketing profile of you.
3. Cookies and third-party tools
This site does not set its own tracking cookies. One third-party tool is embedded and may set its own cookies/local storage, as follows:

4. Who we share data with

- Independent registered valuers / Chartered Engineers / Chartered Accountants on our panel, when your enquiry needs to be routed to one of them to be actioned.
- Email delivery infrastructure (SMTP relay) used to send form submissions to our internal team and to you.
- Tawk.to, for live-chat conversations you choose to start.
- Law enforcement or regulators, only where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not knowingly transfer personal data outside India in the ordinary course of operating this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
5. Your rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it has been processed.
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erase personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for.
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it — this does not affect the legality of anything done with your data before withdrawal.
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

6. How we protect your data
Technical measures currently in place on this site include:
- Site-wide HTTPS encryption (HSTS enforced) for all data in transit.
- Uploaded files (resumes) cannot execute as scripts on our server, and the upload directory is not directly browsable or downloadable over the web.
- Server log and configuration files are blocked from public web access.
- Security headers (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy) are set on every response.
No system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a personal data breach that is likely to affect you, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required under the DPDP Act.
7. Children's data
This site is intended for use by adults seeking or providing professional valuation services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
