These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://valuationzone.in/, operated by ValuationZone.in ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site, submitting an enquiry, or applying for empanelment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
1. What this site is — and isn't
ValuationZone.in is an informational platform that:
- publishes general, educational information about property, asset, and other valuations in India;
- provides calculators and reference tools that produce indicative, non-binding estimates; and
- connects people who need a valuation with independent, professionally registered valuers, Chartered Engineers, and Chartered Accountants.
ValuationZone.in is not itself a registered valuer, Chartered Engineer, or Chartered Accountant, and does not itself sign or issue valuation reports or certificates. Any report or certificate you receive is prepared and signed by the independent professional engaged for your assignment, who is solely responsible for its content, methodology, and compliance with the requirements of the relevant statute or receiving institution.
Online tools, checklists, and general content on this site are informational only and are not signed valuation reports, certificates, legal opinions, loan approvals, or a guarantee of acceptance by any authority, lender, or embassy. You should confirm format, eligibility, and acceptance criteria with the receiving institution before relying on any output from this site.
2. Using this site
When you submit a form on this site, you agree to:
- provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- use the site only for lawful purposes and not to submit fraudulent, misleading, or harassing content; and
- not attempt to interfere with, scrape at scale, or disrupt the operation of this site.
3. Empanelment applications
Submitting an empanelment application (including your resume/CV) does not guarantee empanelment. We evaluate applications against our own criteria at our discretion, and being empanelled does not create an employment relationship between you and ValuationZone.in — empanelled professionals operate as independent practitioners.
4. Fees
Where a fee applies to a valuation or certification assignment, it is quoted to you directly by the professional handling your assignment (or communicated to you by our team before any commitment) before work begins. This site does not itself set or guarantee professional fees.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, calculators, and original content on this site belong to ValuationZone.in unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied, republished, or used to train or fine-tune a model without our written permission. You retain ownership of anything you submit to us (such as a resume), and by submitting it you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose you submitted it for.
6. Third-party links and tools
This site may link to or embed third-party tools (such as a live-chat widget). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites or services.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValuationZone.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, from reliance on calculator outputs or general content, or from the acts or omissions of an independent professional engaged through this platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Indian law.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at BKC, Mumbai, Maharastra, india shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site.
